About BITSAT:

The BITSAT Application Form 2018 has been shut down by BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) Pilani on 19 March 2018 (5 pm). BITSAT Application Form 2018 was released on 19 December 2017. The corrections for the BITSAT Application Form 2018 was between 15-19 March. Only applicants who have completely filled the BITSAT Application Form 2018 and paid the fees are allowed to give the BITSAT exam which will be held Between 16 to 31 May 2018. Prerequisites for BITSTAT Application Form 2018:

Before filling the BITSAT Application Form, it would be in the best interests of the students to keep the following ready and in hand so as to avoid hassles while filling the form.

• Class 12^th Mark sheet
• Credit/Debit Card
• Scanned Photography
• Scan of your signature

 

The scanned photo should be in JPG/JPEG format with size between 4KB to 50KB. While the scanned signature should be in JPG/JPEG format with size between 1KB to 30KB.

 

Process for filling BITSAT Application Form 2018:

The BITSAT Application Form was available for filling online Between 19 December 2017 to 19 March 2018. Each candidate is allowed to fill only 1 Application form. In case of multiple application forms, they will be rejected. Before filling the Application Form, the candidates should read the guidelines/instructions carefully and understand them. Once done, click on the “Allow me to Apply Online”. The candidates must then follow the following steps to fill and submit the application form before the BITSAT Application Form 2018 last date.

3. Upload Scanned Images
4. Payment of Application Fees

 

 

 

Step 1: BITSAT Registration

 

I repeat, do read the instructions/guidelines for the Application Form before actually filling it. To register, click on the “New Registration” or “Already Registered Candidate” buttons.           Already registered candidates need not to re-register but new candidates need to fill in the following details to register:

• Candidate’s Full Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Email ID

After filling in this info, click on “Proceed”

 

Step 2: Filling of BITSTAT Application Form 2018

Fill the following information for the Application Form

• Personal Details
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Nationality
  • Address of Correspondence
  • City
  • Pincode
  • State
  • Landline Number
  • Mobile Number

• 12^th Examination Details
  • Name of institute currently studying/last attended
  • Name of examination board
  • Year of appearing/passing the qualifying exam (2017/2018)
  • Selection of Mathematics/Biology (if Biology, then only B. Pharma entrance test can be attempted)

 

• Selection of Test Centre for BITSAT
  • Select three examination centres for the exam as per preference if you want to appear in India
  • Select 1 centre for the exam if you want to appear in Dubai
  • After entering these details, you will be asked to re-check and make changes if any
  • Click on the “Confirm and Submit Details” button
  • Your BITSAT 2018 Application Number will be generated which you must keep safe for future reference

 

Step 3: Upload Images

• Candidates need to upload the scanned images
• Make sure that the images are according to the specifications mentioned in the Prerequisites section
• Click “Submit” once you are done with the uploads and have cross-checked the images

 

Step 4: Payment of BITSAT Application Form 2018 Fees

• Candidates need to pay the BITSAT Application Form Fees before the deadlines through online or offline mode
• The BITSAT Application Form won’t be accepted unless the fees is paid
• The details of the fees and the payment methods is as follows

For male/ female candidates opting for Dubai exam centre	US $ 70 (Rs. 4500)

 

• Online Mode: BITSAT Application Form Fees can be paid through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Cards. All Master and Visa credit/debit cards are accepted.
• Offline Mode: In order to pay the fees through Offline Mode, you need to take the print-out of the payment slip and pay the fees at any local ICICI Bank branch. After successfully paying the fees, do remember to take the confirmation receipt from the bank.

 

After successfully paying the fees, download the Application form and Fee Receipt by clicking on the respective buttons and take print-outs for future reference.

Once you have successfully filled and submit the BITSAT Application Form 2018 before the last date of the application form, you are eligible to appear for BITSAT.

The BITSAT Application Form 2018 last date was 19 March 2018. Save your BITSAT 2018 Application Number as it will be required in future.

 

How to check BITSAT Application Form 2018 Fee Status

Once you have paid the BITSAT Application Form 2018 Fees, you can check the fees status. In order to check the status, the following details are required:

• BITSAT 2018 Application Number
• Gender
• Date of Birth

 

Steps to find BITSAT 2018 Application Number

Candidates can check their BITSAT 2018 Application Number once they have filled and submitted their BITSAT Application Form 2018. To check the Application Number, go to the page on the BITS webiste http://projects.bitsadmission.com/findappno/Default.aspx and you need to fill the following details:

• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number
• Gender
• Date of Birth

Once the details are filled, click on “Proceed” and the BITSAT 2018 Application Number will be displayed. Do remember that you need to enter the exact same details that you entered in the BITSAT Application Form 2018. Until you enter the correct details as per your Application Form, you won’t be able to get a hold of your Application Number.

 

Correction Facility in BITSAT Application Form 2018

In case the candidates make some errors or submit some incorrect information, then for such candidates BITS has provided the facility of application correction from March 20 to 23 2018. Registered candidates were able to correct their mistakes in the BITSAT Application Form 2018. After logging into their account, the wrong information could be edited or corrected by the candidates. No corrections could be done after the last date.

 

Highlights of BITSAT Application Form 2018

• The BITSAT Application Form 2018 was available only in the online mode
• Multiple Applications from the same candidate could lead to rejection of the candidate
• All information filled in the Application Form must be valid and as per the documents possessed by the candidate
• The Application Number generated for the candidate must be kept safely for future use
• The Application forms which were filled before the BITSAT Application Form last date were only accepted

 

BITSAT Statistics & Score Analysis
