CSIR Innovation Award for School Children 2018, Class 10
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India invites applications for CSIR Innovation Award for School Children 2018 from Students below 18 years of age. The objective of the scheme is to support scientific temperament and to generate innovative spirit among the school children.
Eligibility
- Students below 18 years of age as on 1st January are eligible to apply
- Only one entry can be made by a student or a group of students creating an invention together
Stipend
There are 15 prizes:
- 1st prize (1): INR 100000 each
- 2nd prize (2): INR 50000 each
- 3rd prize (3): INR 30000 each
- 4th prize (4): INR 20000 each
- 5th prize (5): INR 10000 each
How To Apply
Step 1: Students have to write the details of the innovation proposals, in Hindi or English (not more than 5000 words).
Step 2: Attach a scanned copy of authentication letter from the school where the student is enrolled.
Step 3: On separate page give details about the title of the innovation, name, and date of birth of the student, school and residential address, class, phone number and email address.
Step 4: Send it to the address given below with the envelope marked on top left-hand corner 'CIASC-2017'.Head, Innovation Protection Unit-CSIR,
